OurPortfolio Analytics and Reporting team,Global Portfolio and Project Management (GPPM)is responsible fordeveloping analyses to uncover opportunities and supportR&Dportfolio decisions across Therapeutic Areas and the Enterprise.

What you'll do

We areseekingacurious and dynamic individualto join our team.Youwill be accountable for portfolio analytics with a particular focus on OncologyTherapy Area.This position will support the delivery of analytics, reports, and support for the pipeline strategy.These results will help support achievement of our businessobjectivesand support planning and decision‐making by both project teams and Therapeutic Area (TA) Leadership Teams.

In this role you will apply your analytical skills,critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas ina simple way. You will independently drive for results and bring ideas to action, track keymetricsand find solutions to ‘hidden’ problems.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on various projects that require thorough analysis and findingclearways to communicate the findings

  • Using structure andmethodologyto solve complex problems or questions

  • Createreports with compellingvisualizationsthat willsupport decision makingfor seniorstakeholders, including SET,OncologyLTand TA leadership teams 

  • Building andmaintainingdataset or models for analysis of portfolio, ensuring data quality

  • Collaboration- with Analytics team, GPPM Leadership team and Therapeutic Area Leadership teams to support business decisionsas well as cross functionally

  • Improving processes across the Analytics team.  Feedbackbest practices across the group and work to support improvement of our systems

  • Ensuring all reporting and analysis adheres to high quality and consistency standards. 

Essential for the role

  • Master’s degree inBiological Sciences or Chemistry, Pharmaceutical sciences,Finance,orEconomics

  • Minimum of2years of experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

  • Proficiencyin data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau,PowerBI) and experience with data visualization and business intelligence

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability tocreate concise andcompellingpresentation, toinfluence senior management and other stakeholders

Desirable for the role

  • PhD in Biological Sciences or Chemistry

  • Minimum of2yearsin top Strategy Consulting companies forthePharmaceuticalindustry

Office Working Requirements

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $119,664.00 - 179,496.00 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. ​
